Stockman's Snippets

Hi there. This is my first attempt to create a blog. I want this to be an open forum for employees in Autauga County to discuss professional development activities, present new ideas, etc. Please be aware that I won't be able to answer all your questions, but at least we'll open the lines of communication.

I'll update with the parameters of this blog within the next couple of weeks. But, for now, remember to be professional.

Let me know some topics you'd like to discuss. I look forward to "chatting" with you.

Hey Janice,
I'm not really sure if I'm posting to the correct place, but here goes. I'm excited about the uncoming prof dev on the new reading series. I would like to know if there are other places where I can go to get additional Scott Foresman training over the summer. Thanks, Carol

Hey Janice! I just wanted to be the first candidate for 2009 to blog on your excellent site. I am very excited, although a little late on adding to the blog, but better late than never. I wanted to comment on the recent reading coaches meeting we had at Bilinglsey this past week. I was extremely impressed with the amount of excitement and "want to" that our reading coaches have. Thier drive to want more for the students and to provide the best opportunities for our students to learn is wonderful to see. I hope that you will be hearing from Billingsley much more over the remaining school year, with lots of professional development conversation. Thanks again for the sight!! Susan Carter
